Delivery is either by Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or another courier depending on your area.

UK Standard Delivery £4.95 - (FREE on orders over £100) - 3-5 working days.
UK Express Delivery £6.95 - 1-3 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery £9.95 - next working day on orders placed before 3.30pm.
Republic of Ireland £6.95 - 3-5 working days.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange and/or a refund
We endeavour to process your return within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service, please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us.
